The participants of the present study were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using demographic variable proforma, clinical variable proforma, and mini mental status examination scale. The study findings revealed that virtual reality therapy is effective in improving cognition among old age people. Nurses can be instrumental in administering virtual reality therapy to improve the cognition by which psychological wellbeing and coping of the old age persons can also be improved.
